NEW to Black Diamond Culinary! KNIFE SHARPENING! We will now be offering the service of knife sharpening for those of you that have your super expensive set, or your loving long-term kitchen set. There is nothing worse than a dull knife! We are here for you to service that need! Using our Iki Ruixin Pro™ Sharpener from Wasabi, you will return home with your old set of knives cutting as though they're brand new!
Charge? $1 per inch. The sharpened knives are typically available to you within a few days. However,
Our sharpening drop-off/pick-up hours are Tuesday through Friday’s 10 AM to 3 PM.
Same day sharpening generally takes about 1-2 hours or the next day sharpening is ready the following business day at noon.

Did we mention that we have an online SHOP with all sorts of goodies that you might be interested in ordering? We add new items periodically to give you options for your get-togethers, or just for your own home when you're not in the mood to cook a full meal! If you're looking beyond February for dinner, pasta, chocolate, classes, etc., for a date night, birthday celebration, anniversaries, or bridal/baby showers, we do have the April menu posted up as well!
Don't forget! First Wine Wednesday of 2022! We will feature French wines paired with French appetizers, and live music with local musician Caris White, and local artist/painter Olga Alexeeva. We promise a wonderful evening will be had by all!
Last, but not least, Valentine's Dinner! Let us create a wonderful atmosphere for you with a Prix Fixe menu consisting of FIVE courses of all things delicious! We will also have Caris White performing ethereal melodies during your extraordinary evening. Do something different for your special someone, or make it a Galentine's group! While there is limited seating, there are still some spots available!
