Well Spring has Sprung! Well it did for a few days, now back to crazy Tennessee weather!
So, let's see what we've got going on for you guys this Mid-March. We just posted the April Menu Calendar, and let me tell you... I might have to book a few days myself! Everything IS and LOOKS so good! So check it out, and book your dinner today!
Some of you might have seen and received an email from us for Cooking for a Cause. This is an event that we're having at Black Diamond Culinary to benefit giving back to our community. We've had the mighty faithful that have stood with and beside us throughout this crazy pandemic, and we'd just like to give a little bit back to those that need a lovely warm, homemade meal. For $150.00 this includes your love and passion of cooking lasagna dinner to share with others in our community, AND delicious lunch is included for our enlistees. We will make an assembly line of sorts. One group will prep, while the other group enjoys their lunch, and then we will rotate! We'd love to have those that would like to be part of community project going forward, and to do this two to three times per year.
In case you haven't noticed, we've added Wine Friday to our calendar weeks. This is just like Wine Wednesday, but 'juiced up' a bit! We decided that not everyone can always get out mid-week, but having an end of the week glass of wine and some good food can't be beat! Wine Friday will have heavier fare to you to enjoy if you prefer that over a full dinner, and an array of wines to taste! We hope to see some of you on Fridays!
We have a handful of events coming up besides the ones listed above. We're bringing back the Kids Cookie Decorating Class in April, Saturday, April 24th to be exact! If we have a good turnout, we'll bring it back monthly. So sign your kids up Saturday morning, and you can slip away and have some 'me time' for a couple of hours!
Are you thinking about summer, and what you're going to do with the kids to keep them busy? If you'd like to look a bit farther into the future, we're now booking for Kids Summer Cooking Camp the last week of June, and the last week of July. We will host for a few hours per day cooking classes for the week! We are open for reserving spots now for June!
