We would like to say 'Thank You' to each and everyone of you that has rallied behind us for this past year! So much so that we're bringing you some pretty cool things this Spring & Summer.
We're now offering LUNCH DEMO COOKING CLASSES on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays from 11am-1pm! For $35 (+tax) lunch consist of: Homemade quiche, salad, a mini dessert, and one glass of wine! You will come in, make your own quiche, Kris will make you a delicious salad and demonstrate a homemade dressing, you'll enjoy a homemade mini dessert, while having a beautiful glass of wine of your choosing!
Beginning now through this Summer, ALL Dinners are $75 (+tax)! What does this include you ask? A delicious course of an appetizer, soup, or salad, homemade/handmade pasta by you (on Pasta Thursdays) with a homemade sauce/protein, for Saturday dinners it will be a gorgeous piece of protein with a side, a delicious homemade dessert by Chef Kris, and two glasses of wine (additional bottles of wine available for purchase). Let's not forget, this is all interactive! So why go sit somewhere and do the plain old restaurant thing when you can come to Black Diamond Culinary for an amazing cooking experience?!
Speaking of Dinner Classes, this Spring & Summer we're also bringing you "Rosé Summer". This is pretty much self explanatory, but we're going to introduce Rosé Wines that you probably haven't had yet with your dinner course. We will pair a proper menu to the various beautiful Rosés we will have!
Sign up today for the Kids Cooking Camp the last week of June and the last week of July! This is a fully-immersive, 3-hour/multi-day camp experience for your little chef at home!
Did I tell you about the Rosé Summer? Oh yeah, that's right! Well we plan on kicking this event off with a BEAUTIFUL Provence Rosé Wine Event, Friday, May 21st! Côtes de Femme will be in our shop tasting their beautiful Rosé and Cabernet Sauvignon while Chef Kris pairs lovely heavy appetizers to go with! Additionally, Tim Brinkmann with Brinkmann Wine & Spirits will be on-site as we taste and consume everything delicious! So don't forget to mark your calendar, or just reserve your spot HERE! Did you know that we 'rent' our space out not only for Private Events in the evening, but also during the day for Team-Building, and Office Meetings?
